I’d like to end this post by letting you into my personal world…. showing you what I did today (besides creating this post) I spent some time with my wonderful grand daughter. She’s ‘Wonder Woman’…and it fit her so perfectly. She is full of wonder and amazement…and oh, so much Fun to be with!

I didn’t get to capture all her inspiring energy, and her outrageous smile in these photos as I had hoped, but I think you get a feel for the love she brings to not only me, but to anyone that’s around her presence! Next time I promise to get some more of her smiling. (And by the way, that is my daughter, and she will be having another baby. Yes, I will be a grandma for the second time!!)

Hey, it’s that time of the month again, for ‘Gratitude and Appreciation’ for whatever we do have in our life.

I spent some time on Earth Day….of course in the beauty of nature, but also to pick up some trash along the way on this new path. And also to meditate under a big beautiful oak tree. But first I let my mind go where it wanted to go, and I found myself in such awe, and being grateful for all the little things, that we tend to take for granted. You know…like the legs I have to walk there with. And the eyes to see the little flowers that were blossoming right next to the tree. To be able to smell spring in the air, and also for my hands and fingers to be able to touch the grass, the pebbles and even the dirt along side where I sat. Yes, I felt that wonderful feeling I get when I’m in Nature.

Do you too feel the same way?

Well I’m almost ready to reveal all the excitement going on in my life, but I have been thinking about you, and decided that I better leave you something to do here to bring you to some WORLDS OF FUN!

What I’m saying is….I feel so terrible when I can’t seem to keep up with these posts recently. And when I’m not able to place the inspiration that I want to for you, so that you too can keep your own good feelings going.  But today I am sharing some wonderful TIPS ON STAYING RELAXED AND HAPPY, that always seem to lift my spirits no matter how challenging a day I am having.

A Combination of a few titles…..

……One for April fools day. We can’t let this day go by without having a little fun with it, right? But there’s no fooling around here when it comes to braking the rules in this new year. I mean it’s okay to! And that there are no “should’s!” So be daring!

…..’Lots of ‘FUN’…feel inspired as we give you more of a little taste of this ‘New Fun. I wasn’t able to get a FUN post out for you this past weekend, because I was in the middle of moving. But it’s so much fun when you realize that anything goes, and you can create one in the middle of the week if it FEELS GOOD to you.

And these videos are a little bit of a continuation from our last post Fun/Part5-’New fun’ in This Enlightenment Period.

……And lastly…but most importantly, (no kidding around) some paying attention to that word ‘Gratitude,’ since it is the first day of a new month. And I do believe I may have even missed last months gratitude post, which I apologize for, even though I myself have made it a ritual to be thankful at least once each and every day. If I forget, I double up on my list, and also read the wonderful APPRECIATION QUOTES in the website.

And I think by now we all know, that we first need to acknowledge all we have to be grateful for, (APPRECIATION QUOTES) especially when we want to successfully practice the click-UNIVERSAL LAWS OF ATTRACTION. Yes?

Do you remember I mentioned in my new Bio for 2009….  “I also have a desire to help others get in touch with their own ’spirituality and sexuality.’ And that it can provide us all with greater strength of enlightenment and mighty expansion. A new paradigm, to a more holistic approach…. to a sexual revolution towards better health and well being. And in the process can also add fun and excitement on our path to life’s abundance?”

Well, would you like to get in touch with your own ’spirituality and sexuality? Do you know what that even means?

What is the definition of this two words? These are simple, right to the point answers from (The Free on line Dictionary:)

.Spirituality- concern with things of the spirit

.Sexuality- recognition of or emphasis upon sexual matters.

Well, I want to help you to see ‘HOW’ spirituality and sexuality are very interrelated?

I’m sure these videos below will help you to understand the correlation, and give you more insight in this ENLIGHTENMENT PERIOD.

They were introduced to me, by a new on line friend (Luis M.) and I would like to share them with you.

As you apply the UNIVERSAL LAWS OF ATTRACTION, to help create your desires, I believe that they can add more fun, and in turn can be another healthy tool to taking care of your own ‘whole being.’

These are NATURAL RESOURCES, so that we can integrate mind body and spirit. The universe is made up of energy. This energy surrounds all of us, and we too are made of energy.

These first three videos will explain the seven chakra’s, and how they are the seven subtle centers of energy. And the last three videos you will see that when awakened helps to establish the inner balance, the key for good health. By getting in touch with you own spirit, your imagination and vision, can help you too, in expressing your own creativity.

In the next few posts I will talk more in detail about why I feel this is so fascinating, and how it has affected my own life. And also why understanding it can create well being in every sense, on our path to enlightenment.

A little hint. I will say for today: “The First Chakra- Root…This center holds the basic needs for survival, security and safety, and is also the center for manifestation. So, when your trying to make things happen in the real world, while practicing the UNIVERSAL LAWS OF ATTRACTION, if the energy is blocked we can feel many negative and bad feelings, and we can even lose our desire to succeed. So I think you’ll agree that… we want to do all we can to release anything that is not doing us good, or is not flowing easily to us.”

I love the expression…” What comes around goes around.” And you may even see how this can also be called a true fact!

I hope you’ll find pleasure in this ENLIGHTENMENT PERIOD, as I take you on an adventure into possibly new territory. And I believe you will see how this all ties in so beautifully as we travel into a path of ‘new FUN,’ and open up to the amazing world into our own bodies, and also our souls!

But can you imagine how you would feel if you knew that everything in your life was happening exactly how it was suppose to be happening? If all that you have already experienced, and are still experiencing right now was all… alright?

Wouldn’t that put you at ease?

Well, I thought we’d have some fun today, as we get enlightened! And I bet by the time this is over, you will have a totally different perspective on your life.

We’re going to use VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES, and then combine them with some TIPS ON STAYING RELAXED AND HAPPY!

But first I’d like you to watch this beautiful video, and have you feeling in a very mellow yet inspired state of being, so that you can open your mind while we travel into your imagination.

Celestial Journey

First, please find a place where you won’t be disturbed as your reading this post.

I want you to use this  LIST OF HUMAN EMOTIONS .(below)….called ‘FEELINGS,’ as we create some fun.

…Can you try to imagine looking back on your life thinking of each little memory, and any deep HUMAN EMOTIONS were there so that you might be using them today, to discover who you truly are? That your life was planned out for you, by YOU…. before you were even born in physical form. And that you were the one that made this choice on how you wanted to design it, because you wanted to live your own particular life, differently… like no other human being.

Now take a few nice deep breaths…..and Relax!

Close your eyes and think about your life for a few minutes……

….Imagine looking back, if feeling any negative HUMAN EMOTIONS-

sadness, hurt, worry, shame, jealousy, guilt, anger, stress, fear, frustration, disappointment, loneliness, insecurity, and try to believe they were there for some good reason, even if you can’t think of any right now.

Maybe they were there just so that you could feel the contrast to the wonderful HUMAN EMOTIONS you’d prefer to feel. The ones like…joy, peace, love, happiness, contentment, confidence, satisfaction, acceleration, inspiration, excitement, ecstasy, euphoria and so on.

What if you yourself had planned it that way? But could you be able to accept that?

And know that you did absolutely nothing wrong? And feel at peace knowing that you needed to experience all those HUMAN EMOTIONS for some great purpose?

It’s a truly amazing feeling, when you can believe that everything may have just happened because you wanted it this way, so that you could learn what you needed to learn in the process of life. So that you could live out what you had planned from the very beginning.

It can feel so freeing, believing that you have been guided by forces inside yourself to play out these parts to get to some particular destiny.

If it’s a little difficult to imagine, let me help you to envision this in another way.

Take a few more nice deep breaths.

……Imagine that YOU are an actor in a play and you have all your lines on this script. Of course it has already been written for you, and you have to imagine in your mind how you will be acting out this specific type of character.

You also know that other actors will be playing their own specific character and you need to work together to do your job, because this is what your work entails. You may or may not enjoy each others specific personalities but you accept their differences. You know, it’s what’s needed to produce the meaning behind the play, and you know that this is how your job gets done. That the outcome will successfully be in perfect harmony to the story’s plot.

It needs to be performed in this way, so that it will end up being the perfect exciting and thrilling play for others to enjoy and be entertained with.

Now, let’s try to apply that same thinking to how we live our own ‘real life.’  Could we feel more inner peace? Let me show you how!

…Imagine that everyone is creating their own movie, but you know that they too need to attract the individuals that have similar interest to there own plans. Because they too are designing their own life. Everyone will enjoy each others company because everyone is working together to achieve the same results.(Creating the life they desire.) But remember, that each individual is completely unique. No two people will have the exact same needs or wants. Just like the actors in a movie have authentically different characters to play.

Can you see that everyone in real life, is just doing their own part in designing their own life of happiness? And that if we all understand this, we can, each one of us, have a more positive and loving affect on each other? Maybe we could even be more compassionate and loving to one other?

And by thinking in this way, it also can have a more positive affect in our world. Why? Just because of what we are doing to create the life we desire, will also make us happier human beings. And don’t we all want to be around happy people?

Lets keep going and do some more creative VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES again.

Take a few more deep breaths again.

…..Imagine a beautiful calming scene. Whatever that may be for you, that puts you in a peaceful state. A place in nature, or even a wonderful memory of a childhood scene where you felt so happy. You’re  able to see this picture very clearly, you can see yourself in that picture. Just like you are watching a movie.

Now think back on your life. Pay close attention to the thoughts that come to your mind, even if they are not the most pleasant. But just believe that it was all meant to be exactly how you see each event. And that you are starting to see why those events might have happened to get you closer to who you really are. Be grateful for all of it. And really be at peace with the entire picture.

Now take a few deep breaths again….

Take that beautiful scene to where you feel at peace, and put yourself in it again. But this time feel all the good feelings, and see what your mind can imagine you would like to see. Remember you are the director, and you can create anything you choose. You can take an event you saw before and re-create it by using your own vivid imagination.

A pleasant scenario of how you would like to see your life as of now. All the people, places and things your doing that you enjoy doing, feel how good it feels to smile and be happy!

Think big! Think beautiful! And feel wonderful!

Why is imagination important?

I know for me it’s a wonderful way to create some insightful TIPS ON BEING RELAXED AND HAPPY. Lets see if we can do that for you!

Do you believe that if we are in an ENLIGHTENMENT PERIOD, and if we use a little more creative imagination, that we just might find more inner peace, love and happiness on this journey?

I had written this post a while back in-Part11/My story explaining how my own imagination was able to help me in my childhood. But I have learned that as an adult, it also can be used in so many other productive ways.

So, I thought it would be the perfect time after the past, Secret Confessions post, to have you see that you can use imagination as a very healthy tool for your own TIPS ON BEING RELAXED AND HAPPY, in this Enlightenment period on our path to all kinds of healing.

A JOURNEY TO FOREVER into FANTASY FUN!

“Sex is a conversation carried out by other means.” —Peter Ustinov

What do you do with your sexual feelings? You don’t always have to use them in the act of sex.

You can take that emotion and use it so that your creative juices can flow to the highest level.

You can first…. have a powerful relationship with yourself.

You can use it to experience oneness and harmony within.

Filling yourself up…. so that you can draw other people to you.

Transforming Sexual feelings-

Second Chakra is the element of water. Like waves…. where you can take your sexual energy and do something healthy with it.

When you use it in the Sixth Chakra it can be used for your creativity of expression in many different and exciting forms.

Sexual energy is your creative energy.

As when we use the words Spirituality being interrelated with Sexuality.

So what do you choose to do with it?

Some use it to flirt, to tease, to experiment and play. Or maybe just to fantasize.

But some may use this creative energy, to feel excitement towards something they have a deep desire for. Like sports, or cooking, dancing, singing, photography, drawing, painting, art of any kind.

And others may have a deep passion for their chosen professions. Giving massage, different healing modalities, technology and design, or in all fields of work that they do.

Maybe playing an instrument, or in writing sensual stories/sensual poems, maybe even writing sensual song lyrics.

Which is one of my favorite new creative outlets. And of course, in using imagination to create any sensual scenarios as a way to use Imagination for FANTASY FUN on this new journey.

And there’s a Saxophone… which seems to tell a sensual story, even without any lyrics. It’s like a SENSUAL POEM comes through it’s melody. Wonder if you feel the same?

Yes, we are in a Sensual world where we can choose from many avenues. This next video reminds us how extremely sensual a man or woman’s voice can also have us melting in ecstasy.

WHY IS IMAGINATION IMPORTANT?

I hope your all excited about this ‘new fun’ that I have been talking about on this road to enlightenment!

Yes?

Well, we have so much in store for you, and I just can’t wait to start introducing you to it all!

And if your remember…. I had said I wanted to do everything possible to have you using your imagination so that we could really get into all types of ‘fantasy fun’ on this adventure, in this new year.

And WHY IS IMAGINATION IMPORTANT?

If you’ve followed along, you know for sure that if we want the ‘Universal Laws Of Attraction’ to work in our favor, we must have fun on this journey. And Imagination is one of those sure ways to keep it fun, as you begin using all the many tools to manifest your dreams into a reality.

And when you do what you love and of course do only what is ‘fun’ we can put on those HAPPY FACES and enjoy the ride!  Weeeee!

So WHY IS IMAGINATION IMPORTANT?

This new world is one filled with all kinds of click-FANTASY FUN, and we will begin our journey of FUN all over again… thinking that good stuff so that we can create synchronicity in our life. You know, when everything seems to be working perfectly….when things come to you because your putting out a higher vibration of happy thoughts.

It’s been happening for me and I know all of it can happen for you, as you let-go of any of last years energy that was not working for you, and replace with all this good thinking stuff!

When I was filling out my own forgiveness list, I was making it a point to forgive the people in my past love relationships, because it wasn’t doing me any good to hold on to it if I wanted to attract another, and when I wasn’t even expecting it…there it was!

Yes, I met my love!!!!

I was ready to share all this love I have in my heart with not only ‘YOU’ but also with a special someone that I have been yearning to attract in my life. (but of course never out of ‘lack’ thinking) and there it came to me!

You know the saying….”Once you can LOVE yourself to the highest level of love, you are then able to “LOVE” others. And I had been manifesting this in my imagination!

Yup, the click-Universal Laws of Attraction have been at work, working so perfectly.The kindred spirit of my dreams. The universe has been working it’s magic. Not to mention, that he is a magician, a drummer and also has a beautiful new soul purpose that is one of this most magnificent gifts that he has to offer the world…this voice!

I had spoken of him (Gary Moore) New years Eve, telling you all about his Blog Talk Radio show. And you will be hearing much more about him since he will finally be ending my last years big challenge….’that tech stuff’…and he will also be joining us, to bring lots of his own enlightenment and a whole lot of fun on the website.

Oh, that’s not him in the picture. He’s much more handsome!!! You’ll be seeing him soon.

But for right now as I am writing… I am in the midst of being on a wonderful Journey into a ceremony of asking…. on blog talk radio with many of the members of the www.goldring.wetpaint.com

That is where I had first met him.

I wanted to share this time with you, that I am having at this moment. So, do take a few deep breaths, keep an open mind and come join us in IMAGINATION LAND!

We have been preparing Goldenwaves ( her name) by listening to her as she has been using her imagination to define in detail what she sees is her mission on earth. (her  deep desires) We are all on this ship riding across the ocean, getting ready to manifest her vision for the future as it is happening in the present. Her wishes as they are her reality. It is so real….as Gary Morre, Rysa, Violet and everyone is in the chat room and envisioning exactly where we will be going for Goldenwaves dreams.

It is just unbelievable what the imagination can see and feel with this collective energy going on!

It’s like all of us are giving ‘love’ from our hearts by supporting her, and wishing that all this is happening for her. And it is such a beautiful thing!!!!!

This process of ‘asking’ is having her (goldenwaves) shine…as she sends out her intention. And we all feel this!

Gary is saying a Lakota Native American prayer. One for each of the four directions, in our heart.

Now Goldenwaves is repeating a beautiful ceremonial speech led by Violet, to help in the creation of her dream. Rysa has placed a very inspirational and accommodating song to set the mood and to advance us on this journey.

Gary Morre is doing his drumming…some are danced….we sent her our light & love…now she’s floating, full of love…and glowing brightly! And has the power to create all she desires!

Well okay, maybe it’s not quit that simple, but it sure is a wonderful way to add Fun on this journey, put the right intentions out to the universe, and with enough repetition have your seeing that it can have you using your imagination as if you are living that world in the present. And that’s one the reasons why imagination is so very important in our new evolution in this new reality!

And oh, what fun we had! You too, can have all kinds of fun like this while using your imagination. We will have lots of surprises in the next few blogs to bring in this new year successfully!
