Aaah…..my spirit is so at peace!

And I want so much to have you FEELING like I do!

I  was able to experience this distinction of connecting spirituality and sexuality, on my spiritual journey not too far back. And I want to share this with you, hoping to be able to express the magnificent feeling of how this had touched my life.

While practicing meditation pretty fluently, I was starting to reach such intense states of enlightenment, and one day I found myself in amazement. And when I was able to feel really in touch with my spirit, ( being LOST IN THE MOMENT,) I would find it very easy to write SENSUAL POEMS, especially when I had a lover in my life. But this time…. was like no other!

I was taking a long walk in nature, and this didn’t really seem too much different for me, because I had taken this same wonderful path many times in a local park in Florida. But this time I happened to get caught in one of those tropical rains. If you know Florida, you know how they sometimes don’t last very long.

So, instead of trying to either run back to my car or find somewhere with some overhang to park myself, I just sat myself on a big rock under some gorgeous old pine and palm trees, and started taking in some nice deep breaths and began using my imagination, thinking of where I was in my life at this time.

I felt so calm, but also my mind was running away with me to this wondrous illusion of thoughts, and saying to myself “FOLLOW YOUR BLISS.” And then I felt I wanted to get home as quickly as possible to put these thoughts on to paper. I was completely soaking wet, looking like a drenched creature, but I wasn’t concerned. I bolted in my apartment, got my paper and pen, and then the rain had just stopped.

So I took a towel put it on my comfy patio chair, because that’s where I did most of my spiritual and inspirational reading and writing. It started to very lightly drizzle, feeling like it might rain again, but it just didn’t matter. I was so anxious to get that tantalizing feeling back of being LOST IN THE MOMENT again, as when I was sitting in the park. So again, I took in a few really deep breaths, almost feeling completely breathless, and then I began to write… and this is what came on to the paper.

My spirit is so at peace today!

Nature is where I can feel as if nothing is impossible, but also that nothing else truly matters at these moments of experiencing such joy.

So, I spend as much of my free time to be in the beauty and stillness of mother earth. Today was like no other!

I sat in the misty, and drizzly rain to feel the coolness on my bear skin. Ooh! What Ecstasy!
Each drop upon, each tender sensation began to sooth my soul.

…. Could this be a dream?
But to my amazement, I truly discovered this was real, and became aware of all my sense’s.

The scent of fresh rain helped to breath more peace inside my heart, the touch of wetness on my warm body, cooled my burning desire to strive,
… and to be able taste those drops of water in my mouth caused a rippling flow inside, to just relax!

Ah! So lovely to be alive! Why do we not take this time to treasure the simple things in nature?

When we can be in the moment, forget about the past, and also not look to the future. That is when we can live in a state of gratitude and complete fulfillment!

When we can allow ourselves to truly take note of all the magnificence of nature growing so effortlessly, then we can also live our lives in that same way.

We must believe that life is to unfold just as easily as a rose can unfold it’s pedals. No strain, no pain!

It just wonderfully ‘IS’, a true beauty of nature, just as our ‘BEINGS’ were created to just ‘BE!’
When our lives can process in this way, we can… and will only be in an ultimate state of peace.

Peace, can be this feeling, in our entire mind, body and spirit!

So for today, my spirit is at peace, and I send this energy to you, and hope it can permeate your way….. until we can speak again.
