Part 6/My Story

YOU CAN LET GO!
“The harder you fight to hold on to specific assumptions, the more likely there’s gold in letting go of them.” ~~ John Seely Brown

I decided to speak about letting go, because when it comes to making a decision between ‘not giving up’ and when to ‘let go’ my mind plays tricks on me, on how to distinguish which direction will have me feeling more at peace. When this question does come up I have learned that most of the time I have been holding on too tight to any situation, and it usually means I need to use some form of RELAXATION METHODS and just relax, while including RELAXATION IMAGERY EXERCISES.

And I feel it is so important for you to see “my real life” ups and downs so that you will never feel alone when you are down. And also that you must believe that every successful individual experiences the same.
I will be offering you many TIPS ON BEING RELAXED AND HAPPY throughout the posts, and in doing so I will also be re-enforced them in myself.

In my Holistic beauty salon business, the emphasis was always on relaxation. Even the brochures had stated the importance of this quote: “Relaxation is the antidote to stress.”

I was devoted to learning all that I could, to develop new ways of using the wonderful benefits of PURE ESSENTIAL OILS for beauty. But also for teaching others the many beneficial qualities of using them for the mind, body and spirit connection.

TIPS ON BEING RELAXED AND HAPPY-
After this past weekend knowing that I was set back on offering you what I intended to in the FUN section, I found myself having to think up some different ways to have you understand that when things don’t go my way, I do remember to “let-go” when finding myself trying just a little too hard. And then I know that I need to add some relaxation, so that I can be LOST IN THE MOMENT again.

So when I woke up Sunday morning and I knew that I must practice my own RELAXATION IMAGERY EXERCISES along with other RELAXATION METHODS to treat myself with much kindness and respect, and found myself enjoying the most luxurious soothing bath….that put me in heaven!

We all deserve to find ways in which we can pamper ourselves, especially when we find ourselves being loving, nurturing and kind to others, but we sometimes forget that we also need to take this time out for ourselves!

I remembered that ever since I had been working so diligently to launch this new blog, that I sometimes would forget to make use of this wonderful relaxing place in my home. A place where YOU CAN LET GO… and find some inner peace.

Immersing yourself in a tub of water has oh… so many benefits, but today I just want to emphasize the wonderful qualities behind using PURE ESSENTIAL OILS. And the two that I will speak of can create a wonderful combination for a morni
ng bath. Lavender is one of the most relaxing…. that can help to melt your stress away and Clary Sage can be quite euphoric and uplifting.

So, I set the mood with a beautiful candle, used a few drops of the PURE ESSENTIAL OILS in tepid water, and drifted off to la-la land. Then using RELAXATION IMAGERY EXERCISES to imagine that I was in my ocean floating on a raft, looking up at the beautiful clouds and feeling so at peace.

But I will tell you that at this moment…. using my IMAGINATION was really not quite that difficult because my bathroom walls and ceiling are painted with the beach, ocean, and clouds in the sky. But when I closed my eyes, took in some deep breaths, I began to envision (MY GIFT TO YOU) and started to feel like those birds flying with all their freedom. And now I was finally LOST IN THE MOMENT again.

See, I have been living my dream since April. I manifested my rented condo on the oceanfront….and even found this particular rental unit that was just waiting for me to occupy. And of course no other condo unit has a bathroom painted with a beach, ocean, clouds and sky.

Someone else was at work here ( ? )…. because I was not the one who painted it!

Only in my IMAGINATION….. and now became my REALITY! Oh what a beautiful life!

My Inspiration!!

I look forward to offering you so many more TIPS ON BEING RELAXED AND HAPPY, so that you can experiment with new ways to feel LOST IN THE MOMENT…and know that there are times when YOU CAN LET GO!
