Fun/Part 3-Why Is Imagination Important for 2009?

You know, sometimes we look back at our lives and wonder if we did something differently, could we have been happier. And then we question why things worked out as they did, and we wish we knew the things we know now, so that our life could have turned out better.

But can you imagine how you would feel if you knew that everything in your life was happening exactly how it was suppose to be happening? If all that you have already experienced, and are still experiencing right now was all… alright?

Wouldn’t that put you at ease?

Well, I thought we’d have some fun today, as we get enlightened! And I bet by the time this is over, you will have a totally different perspective on your life.

We’re going to use VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES, and then combine them with some TIPS ON STAYING RELAXED AND HAPPY!

But first I’d like you to watch this beautiful video, and have you feeling in a very mellow yet inspired state of being, so that you can open your mind while we travel into your imagination.

First, please find a place where you won’t be disturbed as your reading this post.

I want you to use this  LIST OF HUMAN EMOTIONS .(below)….called ‘FEELINGS,’ as we create some fun.

…Can you try to imagine looking back on your life thinking of each little memory, and any deep HUMAN EMOTIONS were there so that you might be using them today, to discover who you truly are? That your life was planned out for you, by YOU…. before you were even born in physical form. And that you were the one that made this choice on how you wanted to design it, because you wanted to live your own particular life, differently… like no other human being.

Now take a few nice deep breaths…..and Relax!

Close your eyes and think about your life for a few minutes……

….Imagine looking back, if feeling any negative HUMAN EMOTIONS-

sadness, hurt, worry, shame, jealousy, guilt, anger, stress, fear, frustration, disappointment, loneliness, insecurity, and try to believe they were there for some good reason, even if you can’t think of any right now.

Maybe they were there just so that you could feel the contrast to the wonderful HUMAN EMOTIONS you’d prefer to feel. The ones like…joy, peace, love, happiness, contentment, confidence, satisfaction, acceleration, inspiration, excitement, ecstasy, euphoria and so on.

What if you yourself had planned it that way? But could you be able to accept that?

And know that you did absolutely nothing wrong? And feel at peace knowing that you needed to experience all those HUMAN EMOTIONS for some great purpose?

It’s a truly amazing feeling, when you can believe that everything may have just happened because you wanted it this way, so that you could learn what you needed to learn in the process of life. So that you could live out what you had planned from the very beginning.

It can feel so freeing, believing that you have been guided by forces inside yourself to play out these parts to get to some particular destiny.

If it’s a little difficult to imagine, let me help you to envision this in another way.

Take a few more nice deep breaths.

……Imagine that YOU are an actor in a play and you have all your lines on this script. Of course it has already been written for you, and you have to imagine in your mind how you will be acting out this specific type of character.

You also know that other actors will be playing their own specific character and you need to work together to do your job, because this is what your work entails. You may or may not enjoy each others specific personalities but you accept their differences. You know, it’s what’s needed to produce the meaning behind the play, and you know that this is how your job gets done. That the outcome will successfully be in perfect harmony to the story’s plot.

It needs to be performed in this way, so that it will end up being the perfect exciting and thrilling play for others to enjoy and be entertained with.

Now, let’s try to apply that same thinking to how we live our own ‘real life.’  Could we feel more inner peace? Let me show you how!

…Imagine that everyone is creating their own movie, but you know that they too need to attract the individuals that have similar interest to there own plans. Because they too are designing their own life. Everyone will enjoy each others company because everyone is working together to achieve the same results.(Creating the life they desire.) But remember, that each individual is completely unique. No two people will have the exact same needs or wants. Just like the actors in a movie have authentically different characters to play.

Can you see that everyone in real life, is just doing their own part in designing their own life of happiness? And that if we all understand this, we can, each one of us, have a more positive and loving affect on each other? Maybe we could even be more compassionate and loving to one other?

And by thinking in this way, it also can have a more positive affect in our world. Why? Just because of what we are doing to create the life we desire, will also make us happier human beings. And don’t we all want to be around happy people?

Lets keep going and do some more creative VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES again.

Take a few more deep breaths again.

…..Imagine a beautiful calming scene. Whatever that may be for you, that puts you in a peaceful state. A place in nature, or even a wonderful memory of a childhood scene where you felt so happy. You’re  able to see this picture very clearly, you can see yourself in that picture. Just like you are watching a movie.

Now think back on your life. Pay close attention to the thoughts that come to your mind, even if they are not the most pleasant. But just believe that it was all meant to be exactly how you see each event. And that you are starting to see why those events might have happened to get you closer to who you really are. Be grateful for all of it. And really be at peace with the entire picture.

Now take a few deep breaths again….

Take that beautiful scene to where you feel at peace, and put yourself in it again. But this time feel all the good feelings, and see what your mind can imagine you would like to see. Remember you are the director, and you can create anything you choose. You can take an event you saw before and re-create it by using your own vivid imagination.

A pleasant scenario of how you would like to see your life as of now. All the people, places and things your doing that you enjoy doing, feel how good it feels to smile and be happy!

Think big! Think beautiful! And feel wonderful!
